Our current projects include Black Diamond Residences at Cranmore Mountain, an exciting new development in New Hampshire featuring 1,600 square-foot condominium units with high-end, modern designs. This represents the first phase of a larger vision that will include properties of various sizes to suit different budgets and preferences. We're also evaluating several Cape Cod locations for future community developments.
