View Project
“We worked with Mullen Building over a period of two years on a project which included demolition of an existing structure, significant site preparation, and construction of a new, mid-century home and ADU in the mid-Cape.
We chose Mullen for their reputation as project managers who would commit the appropriate resources to get us into our new home in a timely fashion. We were not disappointed. Mullen's daily and weekly emails and photos meant we were never in the dark as to where we were. Their relationships with their subs and with the Town ensured that there was no downtime between the different stages of the project.
Their on-site manager's attention to detail meant that we never had to settle for workmanship that was just "good enough" or "okay." Our project was not inexpensive, but we never questioned whether we were getting value for what we spent. Never did we wonder whether our selection of a building partner was the right one. They are good people who made a complex and sometimes stressful process a positive experience.”
