  • Upon your acceptance, your one-year craftsmanship warranty begins to give you complete confidence and peace of mind.

    Preconstruction & Planning

    3–9 Months

    The groundwork for your project happens before any construction begins. The decisions and designs made during this initial phase are critical to the success of your project as they impact the overall schedule and budget.

    Example Timeline:

    • Months 1-3: Initial meeting to discuss the project, budget, and design.
    • Months 3-6: design development, pricing,g and gathering bids and estimates.
    • Months 6-8:  Finalizing design and budget.
    • Month 8-9: Filing for permits, town meetings, and obtaining a building permit

    Throughout this process, we order materials, secure necessary permits, and prepare all construction documents.

    Construction

    6–18+ months

    After town approvals and your permit is issued, we get to work. We assemble your project team, which includes project managers, carpenters, and skilled trade partners. We then start construction, following the architectural plans exactly as designed with a tight oversight of quality and craftsmanship.

    Example Timeline:

    • Months 1-6: Site preparation, Demolition, Excavation, foundation, and framing will take place.
    • Months 6-9: With your roofing, siding, and windows installed, we are now concentrating on the trades.  HVAC, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins are underway.
    • Months 9-18: We are in the home stretch. The house feels more like a home.  Cabinetry, millwork, and flooring are all installed.  Paint is going up, and a move-in date is set.

    Closeout

    1-4 weeks

    Before your final walkthrough, our entire team conducts a thorough on-site inspection of your new home, creating an internal punch list to ensure any remaining tasks are completed before the final reveal.
