# 2025 Year In Review

> 2025 was another year of meaningful growth for Mullen Building—made possible by our clients, partners, and team. We’re proud to share a few highlights from the year and what’s ahead.

#### Our Team Continues to Grow

We welcomed **Petar Neshev** as our Site Superintendent. Petar joined us after successfully running his own remodeling company and has already been a great addition to our team.

This year also marked important team milestones. **Jaimie Mullen**, our Financial Controller, celebrated her 10-year anniversary with the company, and **Brian Mullen**, our Director of Operations, earned his CSL.

#### Expanding into New Markets and Services

In 2025, we launched [Mullen Estate Care, LLC](https://mullenbuilding.com/services/estate-care), led by Property Manager **Adam Lucier**, expanding how we can support homeowners beyond construction.

Our [Pre-Construction Services](https://mullenbuilding.com/services/pre-construction) also gained real momentum this year—helping clients plan, budget, and make confident decisions before breaking ground.

Our North Conway, New Hampshire development, [Black Diamond Residences](https://www.blackdiamondlivingnh.com/), is now 90% sold, with one home remaining and available for this ski season.

#### Successful Project Completions

On the project side, we completed some of our most detailed work to date.

Notable projects included the [Mill Creek Project](https://mullenbuilding.com/projects/mill-creek-custom-home) in collaboration with **ART Architects**, the Wellfleet Harbor Project, and the [Hyannis Harbor Project](https://mullenbuilding.com/projects/bayshore) with **Catalano Architects**.

#### Looking Toward 2026

In the coming year, we’re excited to continue partnering with ART Architects and other established firms to bring visionary architecture to life for exceptional clients. Our GM, **Davidson Farias**, will be celebrating his 10-year anniversary, Black Diamond Residences will be completed, and we’ll be launching new real estate development projects in New Hampshire and Cape Cod.
