2025 Year In Review
2025 was another year of meaningful growth for Mullen Building—made possible by our clients, partners, and team. We’re proud to share a few highlights from the year and what’s ahead.
Our Team Continues to Grow
We welcomed Petar Neshev as our Site Superintendent. Petar joined us after successfully running his own remodeling company and has already been a great addition to our team.
This year also marked important team milestones. Jaimie Mullen, our Financial Controller, celebrated her 10-year anniversary with the company, and Brian Mullen, our Director of Operations, earned his CSL.
Expanding into New Markets and Services
In 2025, we launched Mullen Estate Care, LLC, led by Property Manager Adam Lucier, expanding how we can support homeowners beyond construction.
Our Pre-Construction Services also gained real momentum this year—helping clients plan, budget, and make confident decisions before breaking ground.
Our North Conway, New Hampshire development, Black Diamond Residences, is now 90% sold, with one home remaining and available for this ski season.
Successful Project Completions
On the project side, we completed some of our most detailed work to date.
Notable projects included the Mill Creek Project in collaboration with ART Architects, the Wellfleet Harbor Project, and the Hyannis Harbor Project with Catalano Architects.
Looking Toward 2026
In the coming year, we’re excited to continue partnering with ART Architects and other established firms to bring visionary architecture to life for exceptional clients. Our GM, Davidson Farias, will be celebrating his 10-year anniversary, Black Diamond Residences will be completed, and we’ll be launching new real estate development projects in New Hampshire and Cape Cod.
If you—or someone you know—are thinking about building or remodeling in 2026 or beyond, let's talk. It’s never too early to start the discussion.
