Overlooking Mill Creek in West Yarmouth, this custom waterfront home was completed in 2025 and represents the most detailed and technically advanced custom home Mullen Building has completed to date. Designed and built with a focus on precision, performance, and craftsmanship, the project reflects a fully collaborative approach from concept through completion.

Together, the team delivered a refined coastal residence that balances architectural detail with warm, livable interiors and strong visual connections to the surrounding landscape.

Exterior materials were selected for both durability and aesthetic longevity in a coastal setting, including Marvin windows and doors, SBC bleached cedar shingles, and custom copper accents that add depth and character to the façade.

From a construction standpoint, the home incorporates advanced building methods and systems. Panelized framing was utilized to increase accuracy and significantly accelerate the framing process, setting a strong foundation for the detailed work that followed.
