Located directly on **Hyannis Harbor,** this home underwent a **comprehensive, large-scale remodel** completed in 2025. With deep-water dock access and expansive harbor views, the goal of this project was to elevate both the home’s functionality and its connection to the waterfront.

The scope of work included removing the existing roof and fully redesigning the second floor, allowing for a reimagined layout that maximizes natural light, views, and long-term livability. Working in close collaboration with Catalano Architects, the redesigned upper level blends thoughtful architectural detail with durable, coastal-appropriate construction.

The exterior of the home was fully upgraded to withstand the demanding marine environment while maintaining classic Cape Cod character. Improvements included Andersen A-Series windows for performance and energy efficiency, Maibec shingles for long-lasting beauty, and a red cedar roof that adds warmth and timeless appeal.
