The scope of work included removing the existing roof and fully redesigning the second floor, allowing for a reimagined layout that maximizes natural light, views, and long-term livability. Working in close collaboration with Catalano Architects, the redesigned upper level blends thoughtful architectural detail with durable, coastal-appropriate construction.

The exterior of the home was fully upgraded to withstand the demanding marine environment while maintaining classic Cape Cod character. Improvements included Andersen A-Series windows for performance and energy efficiency, Maibec shingles for long-lasting beauty, and a red cedar roof that adds warmth and timeless appeal.

This Bayshore remodel reflects Mullen Building’s expertise in complex coastal renovations, where structural transformation, high-quality materials, and architectural precision come together to create a home built for both beauty and longevity.
