Mashpee ADU

New Seabury, MA

Located in New Seabury in the town of Mashpee, this accessory dwelling unit (ADU) was carefully designed and constructed on a small, setback-constrained lot. With limited space available, the project required precise planning to ensure the new structure met zoning requirements while maximizing comfort and functionality.

Exterior materials were selected to complement the surrounding coastal homes while ensuring durability, including Marvin windows and doors, Maibec pre-stained shingles, and CertainTeed asphalt roofing.

Architectural highlights include a Juliet balcony above the front entry, adding character and visual interest, along with a well-planned interior layout that makes efficient use of the compact footprint.
