

Exterior materials were selected to complement the surrounding coastal homes while ensuring durability, including Marvin windows and doors, Maibec pre-stained shingles, and CertainTeed asphalt roofing.





Mullen Building worked closely with Michael Jimerson Architecture and Interiors, whose thoughtful design elevated both the exterior and interior of the structure. Architectural highlights include a Juliet balcony above the front entry, adding character and visual interest, along with a well-planned interior layout that makes efficient use of the compact footprint.
