Located in **North Falmouth,** this project involved the complete restoration and renovation of a home that had suffered a **devastating attic fire**. The extent of the damage required the **removal of the existing roof and full reframing,** providing an opportunity to not only restore the home, but significantly enhance its layout and character.

Interior highlights include a **coffered living room ceiling**, **custom Andersen A-Series windows,** and **custom walnut kitchen cabinetry** that anchors the heart of the home with warmth and craftsmanship.

At the homeowners’ request, a **dormer addition** was incorporated into the new roof design, creating additional living space designed specifically for visiting grandchildren. A distinctive **eyebrow window detail** was also added above the main entrance, giving the front elevation a unique architectural focal point.

The renovation extended far beyond the roofline. The entire home was **taken down to the studs and fully updated,** allowing for modern systems, improved insulation, and refined interior finishes throughout
