This Cotuit remodel demonstrates Mullen Building’s ability to deliver **efficient, well-planned additions** that enhance livability while making smart use of available space—both above and below grade.

The addition created space for a **new mudroom, powder room,** and a **small home office,** providing practical solutions for daily living without disrupting the character of the existing house. As part of the renovation, the home also received a **brand-new kitchen,** serving as a refreshed and functional centerpiece for the home.

Below the addition, the basement level was designed to maximize usable square footage. The homeowners transformed the space into a **home gym** and a dedicated area to **practice golf,** adding year-round recreational functionality within the home.
